It was another screw upby AAR. TCAS wanted a proper Transition policy, but AAR was determined to fiddle with the policy. Allegedly TCAS was furious when the FCI came back after "approval". This policy will undoubtedly see many experienced F/O's on the Bus leave. Just at the time when EK needs to retain every pilot it has.
