Come on TR they are not "non-productive" just not as productive as they should be......oh you mean on gardening leave..
If they do cost 2 grand a month then its no wonder BACX hasnt made money if they are lumbered with costs like those.....never mind the secondees but thats another rant......
but, but they were our routes I hear you say......nope, they were routes formerly operated by BAR on behalf of BA plc, now operated by BACX on behalf of BA plc.....and yes BACX has lost a load of money , and I think if you look deep down inside you will know the reason why.....and 2 grand a month hosties is a good place to start..
