Read B737 Cockpit Companion by Bill Buffer, enabled me to fly through the CBT training that much quicker.. got home before the rush hour traffic
It is a fecking excellent read, thorough and comprehensive. Both myself and many distinguished captains I fly with still use it on the line as a 'second' QRH if you like. Transair do it for £30, you can probably find it cheaper elsewhere.
