Stick to the profession implied in your name.
To me it does not matter if I am replaced by a 20 year old pilot with 300 hrs, making 2000 euro a month, and with a 3 year bond, or if the company goes bust because i fight this. The result is the same, but I would rather go down fighting while hoping to win.
