Another terribly tragic time for those of us who operate on the west coast.
I have lost a close friend and gifted pilot. I don't know if some people reading this site realise the realities of operating in a 703 (Air Taxi Op) in this part of the world, but needless to say it can be some of the harshest flying you will ever experience.
703 is desperately under regulated by TC. Its woefully tragic because it consists of young and newly rated guys who bust their butt pursuing their dream to get that job on big metal. Some make it, but then some don't - and sometimes we lose our beloved brothers in the process. Words cannot express the emotions I am currently feeling.
