If the SAS pilots did not react now, they would all loose their jobs within a few years anyways. During the 4 years, they have been told to help pushing a car, where the parking brake has been set.

If SAS decides to employ scabbers, this will only mean trouble. All other crew members will fly refuse to fly with these. Personally I would never fly with a scab.
It may not be clear from the outside, but it is even more important to organize the pilot forces in unions. Otherwise we will just be a bunch of prostitutes and treated like prostitutes.
