Gaylord F - there IS NO significance about 1993. The cut off date was the 22nd March 1990 when the AFAP gave the OK to re-apply for member's jobs. Where the confusion possibly arises, is that the Scab List has been continually updated and a few heroes that slipped through the original "net" were rightfully added to the list. I am told that some inclusions (and exclusions) were made as late as '95. . .. .What's that old saying - you can run, but you cannot hide.
