Toshiba internet technical assistance
Does anyone know if Toshiba provide any technical assistance over the internet, and if so, how to obtain such?
They say they do: "If you are connected to the Internet, for example, a support professional can answer your questions in e-mail or an online chat session." This is on an otherwise fairly blank screen, with no links provided.
I have managed to find an email address, and explained my problem to them, adding that I am working abroad, and cannot use their 0870 number.
Out of three emails, I received one reply, asking me to ring an 0870 number.
Should I win the big lottery this week, you will see a highly-publicised ceremonial crushing of a Toshiba laptop.
