Wow its a real shame that pilots have to buy there own uniform these days huh, all these so called money saving acountants should be shot after making them pay for a uniform.
On a serious note: KLM takes the disposal of old uniforms very seriously. Everything must be accounted for, anything lost must be reported to security. When its time to get a new uniform (bigger waist band)
then KLM will not issue it until u hand in the old one. KLM also has an internal security company that is always on the ramp checking to see if we are wearing our ID badges, even on board!!
