Is it legal to cancell annual leave and force someone to carry it over to the next year? I thought under EU law the minimum entitlement was 4 weeks. If so, then it can not be refused indefinitely, neither can it unilaterally be paid off. Flying lawyer, or other leagal beagle, care to comment
