I'm not Muslim and so do not speak from experience. However, common sense would indicate that letting people know you are muslim could reduce your chances of successfully becoming a pilot. However, the same can be said of being from a poor working class background - something very difficult to hide. My advice is to give it a go and don't advertise your religion.
