Don't be worried. I have worked for two different airlines in the UK, not a lot admittedly, but I have not found in either a bias against muslims in terms of recruitment. In fact I found a positive attitude based on ability and qualities only. I have several current and previous muslim colleagues and I can honestly say we don't regard each other as muslim or christian, just good work mates.
