I don't know the person at all, but if she had a Com, she met the requirements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If her name might have helped her , so be it. Only 2 decades ago, she would not have been given an equal chance at all, however, there was not a lot of complaints at that stage, as we were all on the right side of the equality fence.
