The report in the Jersey Evening Post actually said that the Jersey-Isle of Man service would have a stopover in Bournemouth and that the total flying time will be two hours. It will be a weekday only route. Passengers will not have to get off the aircraft in Bournemouth and the outbound flight will leave Jersey about 930am with the return arriving back in the Island about 4 pm.
At weekends the two new aircraft will be used to carry customers of Rockhopper's major investor, Healthspan, which is to open two hotels in Guernsey and one in Alderney next spring.
