Well what can I say.........
I just hope that the check captains and ex check captains who have just been employed can sleep at night knowing how they got the job..... I guess they can, they are part of the system.
Sadly most of them could not fly out of sight on a dark night & only became part of the c & t system to pass their own checks.
Sound like sour grapes? May be...... but most don't deserve a job.
I am happy to stand in line and wait my turn and be employed based on my past performance....if that means the younger smarter guys get a job first, I can live with that.
What I carn't live with is the way the first round of offers has been done.
It is supposed to be transparent!!!!!!!!!!! So much so they will not even publish a list of who got jobs.
What I would like to see is a list of current and recent check captains who wanted a job and did not get one !!!!! I'd like to see that!!!!!
