Well, the only other 'modern' helicopter PZL Swidnik had any experience with was the Mi-2, which they modified to become the Kania. Might be something like a Kania on steroids or other performance enhancing drugs the Eastern bloc were wont to use on their athletes...
But it looks like it's too large to be an Mi-2. About the right size for a W-3.
There are other things that haven't seen much light over there, like the stretched version of the W-3, with all of the stretch ahead of the mast, and no increased vertical fin area for directional stability.
