What's this new workplace agreement thing? Does that mean that they will have to offer permenent contracts???
I'd do the interview and all that again if that was the case, it's just that I don't want to pay out all the money again to renew my first aid certificate and do my medical, to be put on the shortlist again for months on end and then offered another casual position when I'm already working permenently for BA.
Any info appreciated!
