Huey Lewis - or anyone else in the know - How does a twin get charged out with the Hobbs or tacho??
What I mean is do you pay for the time you start engine 1 to the time you shut down engine 2 or what?
There is probably a simple explanation but its a question thats had me curious for a long time now.
