Intelligent management is a very rare thing in aviation. It is often undone by backstabbing and innuendo and office politics as happened to the AWD management.
My being Jewish doesn't mean that I would give a free pass to another Jew who was being stupid. Sorry we don't all look out for each other. There isn't a "Jewish Mafia" or anything like that (or alteast I haven't been initiated). Furthermore, I wasn't aware that ANY of the management of FCL was Jewish, probably because it isn't something I think about.
But I will always praise the AWD management, because in all my flying since 1987 they were the most rational management I have ever seen in an airline (I have worked for 9).
And to top it off, it was FUN! Anyone who wants to meet me in London for a beer, sing out and I will post a message before my next London layover.
