It's very sad that a very small minority of Aboriginal people make it so hard for the others, for that is what they are...a minority. They usually do not have the sanction of other aboriginal groups or elders.

We all know an aboriginal family (don't we)...well I do... and I have enormous respect for them as they are as hard working as any other Australian, but have certainly received their fair share of racist treatment. They don't agree with all these claims made by the activists. At one stage they made approaches to the Aboriginal Lands Council in their area to become involved, and were told 'no thanks'.

If you do not have a person of Aboriginal descent in your circle of friends/family, it would be hard for you to see they are not all the same.
