Min wage, so what!!! It dosen't give them the right to ram the aircraft.
What about the FOs with Astreaus they have to pay for 100 hours! Do they then get right to crash the aircraft becuase they're not getting paid?
Accidents happen, fair enough, but somtimes it's just stupidity.
