If it was anything like the Olympics, the Flight Security Zones required all aircraft to be identified (much like ADIZ I suppose) prior to entry. From memory a flight plan needed to be submitted. Local AD CCT traffic would probably be OK without ID.
This time the weaponry will be more than a couple of keystone cops with service revolvers zooming around in caravans and citations.
