I agree. Study the tech stuff and get some sim time. I studdied a lot, got all the books, bought some sime time (ouch$$), and studied some more. I liked the interview process. Unlike some airlines, the job is yours to lose. It is my belief that they want to hire you and give you lots of time to prove yourself. I liked the 2 days instead of 1 hour. Lots of things to evaluate instead of letting you tell some silly story about how you "saved the day in an RJ". I much rather answer technical questions than tell a story of when 2 crewmembers didnt get along! Anyway, good luck.
