C'mon now guys, isn't it time you started to message each other and stop blocking up PPRuNe? We are here for all manner of stuff but the continual exchange of personal messages should really be done elsewhere.

Hi there!
I am sitting the first CX Interview shortly. Could anyone tell me any rumors regarding the questions which have been asked lately or any other information regarding the whole process? All the best!

for people who are still wondering how long does it takes to become a captain in CX, i just got a book that talks about CX and its cadet program, it's call "flying high". i'm not sure if there is an english version but i got the chinese version
according to the book, the pilot needs to have at least 7 years of flying experiences

2nd stage

It is actually very hard to tell you what they are going to ask in the 2nd stage, cos the person thats going to interview you will always be different.
for the group test, try to communicate more with each other, but at the end of the day, you will still go home with things that happened that day and what you could of done better..................
good luck everyone

Thumbs up Greeting to all CX pilot and future pilot

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I have just read through all six pages of this thread, so hows all you guys doing?

Recently I just came back HK with a PPL obtained half a year ago, now I'm about ready to apply for CX CPP. Anyone of you also hold a PPL? I would like to know whether the interviewer being harsh on you guys during the interview if you have some formal flight training before. Anyway, I really want to know their latest interviewing process. All stages are welcome please!!

And Good luck to all you guys!!!!!

I have a PPL, but at my interview they did not ask any very details, but my words are only for reference, it depends on who interviewed you.
Good Luck
