Yes everyone, all very valid points, but :
EVERY SEAT EVERY FLIGHT were the words used. And as we can all see that is not the case at all!
I appreciate some seats are sold off cheap etc as they may not sell otherwise, but EVERY SEAT EVERY FLIGHT is not true in this case!!!
