Just to inject a little sense of proportion here. Ryanair are offering some fares at exceeding low prices. I don't find a problem searching their web site to choose a low cost flight. On the other hand I regularly pay BA ( BRA ) £365 to sample the delights of a return from Glasgow to Southampton. I include the "doggy bag" food in that delight. They never offer fares at Ryanair rates.
Carp away if you like at Ryanair and easyJet but they do provide the public with a service at a pleasantly low price. The public seem to respond by happily flying millions of miles a year and returning for more.
