From a US standpoint I would say the interview is different, not necessairly hard. The bottom line is it doesn't take much technical know how to get an ATP in the States. That's not how CX or the rest of the aviation world works. I studied my @ss off for both interviews. In the end I was probably a bit overprepared, but I have no regrets. In fact I'm kind of glad my interview gave me the motivation to get the technical stuff hard set in my mind. I'm a better airline pilot because of it. If you want this position my advice is to put all your effort into it, because you will get eaten alive if you prepare half-@ssed. Best of luck.
