Super: Did we happen to run into each other during this term's campus recuritment at SFU? I recall someone fitting your description at the CX booth. This said person is doing a PPL but hasn't reach solo flight yet.
As for preparation, I suggest you look into a general interview tips book. These airline interview books appear to be geared toward professional pilots already and not newbies or cadets. A great tip that I got from SFU co-op is to use PAR - Problem, Action, Result.
As for the English test, I'm sure you can pick up a grammar in a book store. I personally don't believe the reasoning and eye-hand co-ordination can be prepared for. However, given your background, I don't think it should be a problem.
PS: Why did no one told me about Air Time Canada when I was younger?
