Virgin check in staff get 30% commission for extra excess baggage
Perhaps if all airlines did this, baggage handlers would'nt be lumbered with such ridiculous weighing bags!
During the holiday season it seems every bag weighs close to the max (32 kgs I believe), come on people who needs that much crap on holidays?
