146s are here to stay at least for a while judging by the amount of training that Qantas has committed to.
Maybe they'll go, maybe they'll stay. Only time will tell.
I suspect there's a fair bit of jealousy among some of the other Qantas regional airline pilots because Southern has jet - vis a vis the constant comments "I know they're getting rid of the 146s" etc etc etc
