Can't say much on the current positions being offerd except that in my own personal experience I'd look extremely cautiously at anything being offered.
The basic rule is if it's not in a written contract anything promised is not worth a jot, and even when it is you'll probably find there is a get-out clause in the fine print.
Call me cynical but I'd put out a serious 'caveat' on this one, particularly on the US immigration visa, if it is the genuine article - green card - it will come with some serious limitations and conditions.
By the way Goodyear is in the back of beyond as far as Phoenix is concerned. apart fromthe backdrop of the Sierra Estrellas and the neighboring Phoenix International Raceway, there is pretty much nothing else out there.
