Impulse B1900 fleet may go????
I am hearing the B1900D fleet maybe reduced or go altogether. Many of the aircraft are starting to show their age and the abuse of many years of night freight. Impulse do have a very good lease deal on the aircraft, but they are still expensive for a 19 seat aircraft. Impulse's main concern is the operation of the B717 fleet.
Qantas has already said they are purchasing more Dash 8's for Sunstate and there is a good chance Eastern will pick up at least 3 more also, it appears Qantas wants an all Dash 8 fleet for their regional operation.
Any comments?
