There are avenues to ensure managers practice a no discrimination policy, for ALL prospective applicants.. .. .The problem is of course, establishing a factual case to take to the courts. Easier said than done.. .. .Has anyone taken the reported age discrimination comments by a senior Virgin manager to Australian courts? This one would clearly be a no contest case.
