You just can't grasp reality can you?. .The day after the resignations went in before any pilots had been employed from any other place if the AFAP had decided to let their pilots apply there were not the same number of jobs available as before. Nor was there any possibility that seniority, base protection, or any other features of the old award ever being applied again because they were thrown away when the resignations took effect.. .. .Some did jump the queue but many held out for a considerable time as they watched "brothers" nick off overseas or push people aside in GA and left them to fight the good fight. Most realised that a tragedy was in the making and that everything the AFAP did subsequently only worsened the situation. Reality finally prevailed and most returned well down the scale from where they had been before the dispute.. .. .You lot keep harping about justification. Nothing to do with it. Just recognising the cold reality.
