1100 hours turbine, albeit single is quite good. Don't under-sell yourself: remember that as an ex-mil pilot you have had probably the best training in the world and have a proven record of reliability, responsibility and maturity - otherwise you would not have made the grade and stuck around for the length of time it takes to get over a thousand hours these days!
Keep trying, you have a lot to offer.
