What I was on about, was that here we have a desperate country bombed flat by all and sundry, with no reliable comms, hence abtirage on their own currency is possible between cities only 100s of miles away from each other.
The only internal comms it appears to have is Ariana which from the article appears to be supported/controlled by those with the most bucks to arbitrage exchange rates against their fellow disposessed and desperate citizens.
My point being who needs enemies when you have friends such as these.
