Some clarification:
Pay Rise: 2.1%
Pension: an increase from 7% to 9% but lose crew food.
Loyalty bonus: tinker with it so it disadvantages us.
Continental Crew: not to receive a pay rise in anticipation of receiving a lower salary on "local working conditions".
