Yes unfortunately bad things happens almost on a everyday basis...and no they are not good at solving them. After 3 looong years in easy I have so many stories to tell you wouldent belive it....Management, crewing and the whole operation I would say was not to bad when I joined but now....They treat every situation to their benifit. As I said if u want any examples just let me know...
The latest thing about the paydeal is that easy has offered us 2% payrise, take away the crewfood and raise pension by 7%....INSULT!
The euro deal will be different from country to country. It means you will get salary according to the living cost in the country and pay tax where you work...
The chances of DEC to MXP I would say are about zero. Easy has said now - no more DEC until the list of FOs waiting for command is zero. All new hires in the company is also going to be TRSS....
