An SFO employed after March 03 (on TRSS) will take home now about £2350, not £3100. If you match eJ's pension contribution (7%) and you are in your 30's, expect a pension of around £10k pa.
There are some bases which are just fantastic to work out of. There are others where you will work your arse off for less pay, and spend the rest of your life in a taxi.
eJ is many different airlines. Hence many different opinions. In some bases the reserve period is even spent on standby!
Who knows what MXP will be like. But if it's anything like other recent continental start up bases, it will be excellent.
