Hayward Jablowme, I called Skippers and they say that they only offer the endorsement to those who have gone down the pilot.staffcv path, been interviewed and been one of the top 4 candidates, then passed technical yar-de-yar and sim, then you pay $5500 for an endorsement (about half the cost hmmm), and are a casual f/o.
