Well mingthemerciless....
Dont know if we are talking about the same easyjet....offcourse there are worse jobs. I have had much worse jobs than easy. But you have to put it into perspective to what it could and should be like. By the way you forgott to mention the pension wich is the worst of all airlines in the UK (BALPAs own words).
The 5/2/5/4 is not working very well specially not with up to 4 months of random roostering. My last reserve periode was over 100 hours with more or less 5/2/5/2....with changes almost every day....
Well the latest on the paydeal says we are going to lose the crewfood aswell. Things are just getting better and better in easy every day! And these are suppose to be the good days when most companys are hiring.
As I said if you can get another job - do it....
