Sorry for the confusion, I'll be clearer. I'm looking for an ab initio pilot training scheme (i.e. training from scratch, with no/minimal previous flying experience), either in the UK or abroad I'm 27 but most of the airlines have a 26 cut-off for these schemes. Airlines abroad usually take nationals only and won't accept UK residents (UAE for example). I can't find a good website that lists which (if any) airlines are taking on ab initio trainees, and whether they accept applications from UK residents...
