some perspective on this topic.
1. Easy not bad to work for as there are many worse jobs.
2. Pay seems to be of an industry standard Capt UK takehome £4100 ish FO UK £3100 ish subject to sectors flown per month.
3. I dont get too wrapped up with it all and have a good day out as the crews are generally good people.
4. Those who are unhappy are looking to move on. Contrary to much opinion on these boards there are many who are happy and staying. I know of several who are going Long Haul but that seems to be a lifestyle issue.
5. 5/4/5/2 works for me and I dont feel to tired generally. I check in work and then go home. Roster stability at my home base pretty good.
6.Milan not sure have to wait and see although I have heard it is already heavily subscribed for.
