Easyjet is getting worse and worse by the day...people are leaving all over the system. The atmosphere is really bad at the moment. The new paydeal that is comming is giving us nothing and these are suppose to be the good times.....wonder how much bonus Mr Webster and Mr Winter are getting?
The rumour has it that all new bases are going to be Euro bases, wich is just a big joke...
Right now there are about 90! first officers that has passed their command assesment and are waiting for commands. This means about one to one and a half year to command. They have promissed not to take any DEC as long as there are people waiting for command...but then again thats is an easyjet promise so you never know....
Everybody your talking to are planning to leave and so am I....cant wait!!
I cant recommend easyjet in any respect....unless you want to work your ass off, be constantly tired, have no life, be used to the absolute limit, getting nothing from management, no days off when u need them.....could go on forever....
