I have ticked that box for years,(my mother died of heart attack aged 40)and never had any grief from the doc,although in all fairness I am on the high side or slightly above norm,not off scale.As I live with a frog I could try the garlic trick,good luck to the rest of you/won't a high sperm count cancel out the garlic induced reduction. . .sorry!
