Add
One teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger (powdered or grated)
in a tea mug...
Pour boiling water into it and let it stand covered for 5 minutes
Add a teaspoon of honey to it if you can't stand the strong flavour.
Drink this "tea" once (first thing) every morning, and again before going to sleep. The cinnamon main ingredient in this trick.
Do this for a week or two before the cholesterol test... and voila... cholesterol results clean as a whistle.
Eating a whole pod of garlic does help too. Try that as well for 2 weeks before the test. Might wanna do that just before going to sleep... and brush well
before sleeping and after waking up!
Oh, and if you couple that with a 30-45 minute walk everyday, you also lose weight... and that cholesterol number makes you look like a teenager!
