the cineflex is a fine camera. however i'm thinking bellsux is looking more along the lines of IR. keep in mind the HD camera's are only as good as long as your system is HD.
FLIR UMHD is deeper yet.
The FLIR UMHD does not have longer lens than the Cineflex V14.

Fuji makes the longest lightweight category lenses, two versions of the 42x HD lens the
HA42X13.5 ERD and HA42x9.5 ERD

The FLIRHD is fitted with the former according to the website and the man at the stand.

The V14 can accept either of these lenses (as well as many other lenses)

A popular lens choice for TV production in the V14 is the 22x, so perhaps comparisons are being made between the UMHD with 42x and a V14 fitted with the 22x?

In respect to FLIRs IR/Thermal "HD" kit, just like the first use of the term (in the 1940s!)
"HD" is being used to describe (improved) resolution of its IR/thermal sensors.

But compared to a HD broadcast camera the resolution is low res!

The term HD can be legally used to describe a image of any resolution.
