It is not heaven or hell in RYR. In general; There will be always happy and unhappy people in a company. People like to bitch and moan anyway, wright or wrong, whatever the circumstances, just human nature. Makes it hard to get a good impression of something since it often depends on who you talk to.
And for promises. It depends on who makes them and get things in writing. If they will not give it in writing you know there is no guarantee and it might not happen. RYR is as simple as that.
Pilots in RYR are getting in a better position (best in years) to negotiate things, since they are more hard to get. If you do not apply and try to get the deal you want you will never know and should not judge really.
