general payscale and seniority informations

Hy
We are about to do some changes in our pilot seniority and payscale system and I would like to ask you some questions about how you do it in your present or former companies:
1 If you have both propellers and jet what is the difference in percents between a propeler (ex ATR,DASH ) and a jet (737,A320) captains ?
2 A propeller captain has usually a salary smaller than a jet F/O?
3 Do you have a fidelity scale on the same fleet ? For ex F/O 1st year-x salary,2 year-x+% salary 3year.....
Also for captains. If so,how big % is between two consecutive steps?
4 Could you give me some figures ,for ex.? I'm not interested in companies names, just figures or % used.
Thks
It would be of much help to us,in order to discuss different variants.
We did discuss about two possible situations: one where you should have a differences between pilots with few TT and ones with much more experience, and two about difference between new employed pilots and pilots with many years in the company. But we need some real life examples.
Brgds Alex
