Fact is that FR suits some and not all, much like other companies. What I HOPE Captainic is referring to is that if you fall over in Ryanair don't expect mummy to "kiss it better". They wouldn't be the most people orientated company to work for. Just go to work, do ya job and go home. Take the money! People have left EZ to join them and I happen to know two who are not sorry. Hopefully any one or more of them will reply here and try to give you a balanced opinion having experienced both. I await with interest!
